I FORGOT MY PASSWORD: HOW TO RESET YOUR OWN PASSWORD

1. Go to http://mydoctor.dmhhs.org
2. Press on I Forgot My Password link located in a box along the left side of the screen.
3. You will be directed to the "Hint Question" Login screen.  Enter the e-mail address you used OR the user ID you created when you registered for secure messaging, then press "SUBMIT" button.
4. Hint question LOGIN - Enter your user ID to retrieve your hint question.
5. Hint question LOGIN #2.  Two questions will appear that correspond to the hint questions you answered when you registered. Please answer both and press the "SUBMIT" button.
6. You will be taken to "SET PASSWORD" screen to create a New Password.  Your accound info will be displayed automatically and cannot be changed. Enter your new password in the "New Password Box".  Passwords are case sensitive.  Passwords must be between 6-15 characters and contain both letters and numbers.
7. You must also reset your hint questions.  For added security you are now required to create answers for 2 hint questions.  Once you have done this, please print this page and keep it in a safe place for future reference.  Once you have printed this page, press "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.
