RETRIEVING A SECURE MESSAGE FROM YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE

Enter your Secure User ID & Password 

Your Secure Messaging Inbox will appear. 

To open messages, double click on it.  Message will display in lower half of the window.

RETRIEVING MESSAGES DIRECTLY FROM THE PATIENT WEB PORTAL

When logged into the Patient Portal

 all users will see a list of their Recent Secure messages.  This list is on the left hand side of the web page.

The Recent Messages web box lists all the recent secure messages that have been sent to your Secure Messaging Inbox as well as a link to your inbox.

TO view a recent message, click on the message link in the recent message web box.  This will open the associated message within the Secure Messaging System.
