The DMH Wellness Center offers a unique approach to healthier living, by helping you set goals and overcome obstacles.

Our programs are designed to get you healthy and keep you healthy so you can lead a full and productive life.

Our Weight Management Program offers medically supervised assistance for finding and keeping your ideal weight; our Diabetes Education Program focuses on helping you manage your condition at any stage of your life; and our Rehabilitation Department offers physical therapy services, including aquatic therapy, for your convenience.

Join our Adult Weight Management program with its unique focus on medical monitoring and behavior modification. We will help you learn how and why to manage your weight, while enabling you to maintain a healthy balance for life.

Our program offers three levels of support for finding and maintaining your optimal weight, New Direction, Outlook and Balance. So whether you need to lose more than 100 pounds, 50 pounds, or just need support with nutrition and increasing your activity level, we have a program to fit your needs.
